 A club visit by a District Board member is one of the most important personal services that our District provides to its clubs. Visitations are an opportunity to inspire members, to recognize individual and club achievements, to acknowledge community service efforts, to help the club evaluate its operations and provide resources, to answer members’ questions, and bring the club into closer relationship with the District and Altrusa International.      
       1. Contact your Club Liaison to schedule the Club Visit. (Please use the Member Directory Search to find the contact info for your Liaison.)
               a. Invite Liaison to your Board Meeting PRIOR to the scheduled Club Visit.
               b. Share ALL details about the Club Visit with your Liaison.
               c. Info to share: Meeting Address, Building, Parking, Access, your contact info, will food be included, any cost, time allocated for a District presentation, etc.
        2. Complete the Club Visit Survey and send to your Club Liaison no later than 30 days PRIOR to the Visit. [Online version available]
        3. Have a great Club Visit and contact your Liaison anytime you have a question or concern - or even something to celebrate!
        4. Complete the Club Visit Evaluation online survey AFTER the Club Visit.
        5. Board Member will complete and return a Club Visit Summary report back to your Club.
