Annual Reports

The purpose of the Altrusa District Nine Annual Report is to capture, reflect, and celebrate the work of your District Board and Committees/Program Teams over the course of a club year. It serves as an official record of our activities, documenting service projects, leadership development, membership efforts, and community impact from one year to the next.

Annual reports are important because they:

• Document our journey – preserving a clear record of what each committee and board member has accomplished and how we have grown.
• Measure progress – helping us evaluate how well we met our goals and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Celebrate achievements – recognizing the dedication, service, and successes of our members and District Board and Program Teams.
• Provide continuity – offering future leaders valuable insight and a foundation to build upon.
• Showcase impact – Demonstrate the difference Altrusa District Nine makes through the dedicated support of Board members and Program Teams, who equip, guide, and empower our clubs and members to grow, lead, and expand their service in their communities.

Ultimately, the Annual Report tells the story of our collective efforts - highlighting how we live out our values of service, leadership, and fellowship while making a meaningful impact in our communities.
