District Nine Annual Reports

All clubs in District Nine are encouraged to submit reports for service, literacy, and international relations projects, as well as the Club Annual Report to qualify for the Distinguished Club Award. Entries need to be sent by the dates indicated below. Entries will be judged and awards presented at the next District Nine Conference. Now’s the time to celebrate, document and report on your success!

Club Presidents are required to complete the Club Annual Report (CAR) to International:
  NOTE: 
  • Once you have responded to all 25 questions, please click the Submit button at the end of the survey. 
  • You will then receive a summary page, which you can print. Your summary page will only include questions that have points assigned to them. Questions 1, 3, 4, 7, and 17 will not appear on your summary. You will need to make note of your responses to Questions 1, 3, 4, 7, and 17. 
  • Keep in mind the survey will not save your responses after it has been submitted. Please be certain of your responses before hitting the Submit button, or you will need to complete the survey again.
  • You are encouraged to do screen prints as you go through the full survey, especially since questions 1, 3, 4, 7 and 17 are not included in your final summary page and questions with no points will also not be included in your summary page.
 
Edith DeBusk President's Report
  • The Edith DeBusk President's Award recognizes outstanding club presidents and their leadership during their term of office. 
  • Report is a copy of the President’s Annual Report given to the club in May PLUS a copy of the CLUB ANNUAL REPORT (CAR) [see link above].

  • Clubs are encouraged to report innovative methods of showcasing the Altrusa Brand Drivers of Flexibility, Inclusion, and Clarity into their programs, operations, projects, fundraising, and other activities.
