We are ready to help!  The comeback is always STRONGER than the SETBACK!
The team has developed several tools to help struggling clubs including:
Healthy Club Survey – The Healthy Club Survey was created to assist clubs in finding opportunities to grow.  It's a series of 30 questions that all members of the club participate in anonymously.  The questions are divided into four categories: Connection to the Community // Need for Marketing Strategy and/or Materials // Membership Setbacks // Administration.  The Power Team analyzes the data and provides results to the club for their review.

Swarmers – A swarmer is an extra set of hands or mouths at small club membership events. They will help man a booth or sit with a potential member during a membership event.  Many small clubs face challenges engaging visitors or potential new members because the majority of club members are involved in the running of meetings or events.

Community Connectors – Our community connectors will assist small clubs in identifying and connecting community partners and membership sources to the small club.

Speakers Bureau – These superstar speakers will be available to speak to groups of non-Altrusans about the gift of joining Altrusa and our rich history and mission.
