Questions are organized into four key areas: Community Connection, Marketing Strategy and Materials, Membership Challenges, and Administration. Survey results are carefully analyzed, and a comprehensive summary is provided to the club for review, reflection, and strategic planning.
Swarmers – A Swarmer is an extra set of hands — and a friendly face — at club membership events. Swarmers assist by helping staff booths, greeting guests, and sitting with prospective members to ensure they feel welcomed and engaged.
For smaller clubs, where members are often busy running meetings or managing event details, a Swarmer helps create meaningful connections with visitors and potential new members. Their presence ensures no guest feels overlooked and every opportunity for engagement is maximized.
Community Connectors – Our Community Connectors support small clubs by helping identify potential community partners and new membership sources. They work alongside clubs to build meaningful relationships that expand visibility, strengthen local connections, and create new opportunities for growth.
Speakers Bureau – Our Superstar Speakers are available to present to community groups and prospective members about the value of joining Altrusa. They share the story of our rich history, our mission of service, and the meaningful impact membership has on both individuals and communities.
