2026 Conference Delegate Registration

The number of eligible delegates for a club is based on the club membership as of January 2nd of the conference year.  Each Club in good standing that has a total Active membership of fifteen (15) or less for whom dues have been paid to International and to the District, shall be entitled to one (1) delegate and one (1) alternate. For each additional fifteen (15) members or portion thereof, a Club shall be entitled to one (1) additional delegate and alternate up to a maximum of five (5) delegates and five (5) alternates. Each club must report their Delegates and Alternates to the District Secretary to be eligible to vote at Conference. Below is a list indicating the number of eligible delegates for your club.
 
Delegates must be present to vote. Please complete the registration and enter "no one attending Conference" in the name area if no one is available from your club to attend conference.
 
An "*" next to your club name indicates your club response has been received.
