Delegate Reporting
 
Each club must report their Delegates and Alternates to the District Secretary to be eligible to vote at Conference.

Club Displays
 
Show us how your club can "Rise & Shine" by displaying all that your club is doing in your community, show us your creative side, and show off the great work your club has worked on this past year.  Our goal is to have a Club Display from every club in attendance at Conference.   All Club Displays will be on tables in the hallway* and each Club Display will be allotted 3 feet of display space. Reserve your space TODAY!

*PLEASE NOTE the location change:  Club Displays will NOT be in the Everything Room. They will be in the hallway outside the conference ballrooms.
 
Memorial Recognitions
 
On Sunday morning, May 1, 2022, we will recognize and honor former and current Altrusans who have passed away May 2021 to present. 
 

District Nine Clubs may honor deceased members with a special memorial recognition by submitting the member's information.

April 15, 2022 is the LAST DAY to place your Pre-Order!  Payment and pick-up will be at the 2022 District Nine Conference at the Sheraton Hotel, in Georgetown, TX on Saturday, April 30* ONLY. (Shirts will not be delivered, mailed or shipped) *Please Note: April 30 is our tax-free sales day; therefore, payment cannot be accepted prior to this date.
 
Shirts are $25 (S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL)
Quantities are limited in certain sizes so be sure to secure your Conference shirt ASAP.
