IMPORTANT REMINDER: Delegate Reporting Deadline is May 31
The report identifying the number of Delegates and Alternates your Club is entitled to have at the Quebec City, Quebec Convention is completed.
The determination is made based on the number of paid Active Members as of April 30, 2025. Clubs receive a delegate and an alternate for every fifteen (15) members or part thereof. Each Club is entitled to at least one (1) Delegate and one (1) Alternate.
To be credentialed at Convention, your Delegates and Alternates must be members in good standing with their 2025/26 dues paid.
The names of the delegates and alternates must be reported to the International Office no later than May 31st, 2025. Early reporting is appreciated.
